1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)").

• Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually) through your Apple ID or Google Play account.

• Automatic Renewal: At the end of each billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Refunds: All billing is handled by the respective App Stores. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, and their respective refund policies will apply.

3. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, and otherwise make available certain information, text, or reflections ("User Content").

• You retain all rights to the User Content you post.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

• Privacy: Your content is private to you and is stored securely as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose.

• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm others.

• To transmit any advertising or promotional material (spam).

• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Allbit and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Allbit, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
