These terms describe use of MemoryGuru, a general-purpose memorization app provided by the MemoryGuru developer. Contact: allbitlabs@gmail.com.

You may use the app for lawful personal learning, subject to these terms and applicable app-store terms. No MemoryGuru account is required. Do not use the app to violate another person’s rights or interfere with the app’s security.

You retain your rights to the cards, notes and other content you create or import. Only use materials you own or have permission to use, including any copyrighted translations, books or study resources. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of your content. MemoryGuru does not claim ownership of it.

Your study data is stored on your device. Keep your own backups before restoring a database, removing the app or changing devices. Restore replaces the current database. Exported backups are not encrypted by the app; protect them and share them only with trusted destinations. See the Privacy Policy for details on files, speech engines, support correspondence and data deletion.

MemoryGuru is a learning aid. Learning outcomes depend on your materials and practice; no particular memorization, test score or educational result is guaranteed. Features and voice availability may vary by device, operating system and app version. We may update the app and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The current app does not offer an in-app subscription. Any app download price and store transaction are shown by the relevant store and subject to its terms and applicable law. File providers, sharing destinations and text-to-speech engines are separate services governed by their providers. Third-party and open-source components retain their respective licenses.

Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer right, warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may stop using MemoryGuru at any time and remove its data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the app or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version. For questions or support, email allbitlabs@gmail.com.

MemoryGuru는 범용 학습 보조 앱입니다. 적법하게 이용하고, 직접 만들거나 이용 권한이 있는 자료만 사용하세요. 사용자가 작성한 콘텐츠의 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 학습 성과는 보장되지 않습니다. 데이터는 기기에 저장되므로 기기 변경·앱 삭제·복원 전에 백업하세요. 복원은 현재 데이터를 대체하며, 내보낸 백업은 앱에서 암호화하지 않습니다. 현재 앱에는 인앱 구독이 없습니다. 스토어 및 외부 서비스 약관이 별도로 적용되고, 법률상 보장된 소비자 권리는 제한되지 않습니다. 문의: allbitlabs@gmail.com.
